INFORMATIONONAPP Terms of Service

 TERMS OF SERVICE    

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between the licensee ("you") and INFORMATIONONAPP, the developer of Big Bang Merge 2048 (the "Game"). By downloading, installing or retaining the Game for more than ten (10) days, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.General Conditions and Prohibited Activities

1) We grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Game. Otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you may install, use, display or run games or use services on your smart mobile terminal devices (including but not limited to tablets, smartphones (“Terminal Devices”)) for purposes other than Business purposes.

2) You may not use this game under the following conditions: You may not create derivative works based on this game, or commercially utilize all or part of this game in any way; You may only use the game for lawful purposes; Unless the game functions allow it, otherwise You may not use, sell, modify or distribute the Game; You may not engage in any behavior that compromises computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or unauthorized access to servers/accounts; entering public computer networks without permission; or Deleting, modifying, and adding information stored in other computer systems; Attempting to search, scan, and test game systems, network vulnerabilities, or other behaviors that undermine network security; Attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of game systems, and deliberately spreading malware or viruses, disrupting the normal operation of the game systems. Internet Information Services; forging TCP/IP packet (partial) names.

3) You must not use the Game in a manner that may cause damage, suspension, overloading or degradation of the Game (or the servers and the Internet connected to the Game), or in a manner that may affect the services provided.

4) You promise not to copy, sublicense, share or sell the Games or Services to anyone else. You are solely responsible for any fees and expenses incurred thereby.

5) We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. This license may terminate automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time in our sole discretion.

2.Limited Warranty

1)You acknowledge and agree that the Game may have potential risks like service interruption, failure to respond to user's request, due to force majeure, mobile communication terminal virus or hacker attack, system instability, user physical location, phone power off, and other reasons concerning technology, telecommunication lines. In no event shall we be liable for any risks stated above.

2)We are not liable for any losses to users arising out of telecommunication line breakdown, technical problems, internet, mobile communication terminal failures, system instability and any other force majeure.

3) In view of business development and adjustment, we reserve the right to amend or terminate the Service without prior notice to users at any time, and we are not liable for users and any other third parties when executing this right.

4) The Service which is not officially released or authorized by us and the derivative works of us are illegal.User's downloading, installation, and using this Game may lead to unexpected risks. We are not liable for any legal liabilities, issues arising from it.

5) You agree to the most extent under applicable law, we own other disclaimer rights not listed in this agreement.

3.Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, neither INFORMATIONONAPP, its affiliates, subsidiaries, nor its licensors make any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. INFORMATIONONAPP, its affiliates, subsidiaries and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to those contained in these Terms and, to the extent permitted by law, those contained in INFORMATIONONAPP.

4.User Judgment

Certain features of the Game may cause certain programs, features or files to be stopped, deleted or uninstalled. Before using the Game, you should carefully read the instructions and tips to determine whether the Game is suitable for your use and needs, as well as your safety requirements. Once you install the Game and/or perform any action, you accept full responsibility. We provide a Privacy Policy as an integral part of this agreement, which you should read and agree to before installing and operating the Game.

5.Intellectual Property Right

1)You acknowledge and agree that we possess any and all the lawful rights and interests of the Game, including any intellectual property rights involved in the Game and Service.

2)The information in the Game includes but not restricted to words, software, audios and videos, photos, diagrams, all contents in advertisements, the commercial information we offer to you, etc., which are all protected under copyright, patent, trademark as well as all other related laws and regulations. You are allowed to use these contents only when you have our authorization; no unauthorized reproduction, modification or compilation of these contents or creation of relevant derivative works are permitted.

3)Otherwise you have otherwise reached a written agreement with us, this Agreement does not authorize you to use the Game name, trademark, service mark, logo, domain name or any other sign with distinctive brand feature relating to us.
